About this opportunity
This Scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to a PhD student within School of Psychology, Faculty of Science who is undertaking research in biologically inspired neural networks. The scholarship is funded by National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) investigator grant for Dr Reuben Rideaux. The successful applicant will be selected based on academic merit, curriculum vitae, area of study and/or research proposal, previous research experience via list of publications, and a personal statement demonstrating research motivation to undertake research in perception. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in neural networks. The Scholarship provides a stipend allowance for up to 1 year and includes standard leave arrangements including 20 working days recreation leave and 10 working days sick leave per year.
