About this opportunity
This Scholarship has been established to support a PhD research student within the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney to undertake research in the field of digital soil mapping. The Scholarship aims to support a PhD candidate whose research contributes to improving the characterisation and management of soils through advanced spatial modelling and mapping. The scholarship provides a stipend allowance of $45,417 per annum for up to one year, subject to satisfactory academic performance. This Scholarship is funded by residual research funds held within the School of Life and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Science. The award is offered subject to the availability of funding and is intended for students enrolled full-time in a PhD program within the School of Life and Environmental Sciences.
