About this opportunity
The Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Heat and Mass Transfer in Low Emission Building Materials has been developed to support an outstanding postgraduate research student at the Faculty of Engineering within the University of Sydney to undertake research in bio-based building materials. This scholarship is supported by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research) at the University of Sydney. The scholarship provides a living allowance equivalent to the University of Sydney's Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend rate for up to 3.5 years for PhD candidates subject to meeting academic progression requirements. The successful applicant will conduct research in bio-based building materials under the supervision of Associate Professor Yixiang Gan, focusing on heat and mass transfer in low emission building materials.
