Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Improving Sleep in Hot Overnight Environments

This Scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to a Masters by Research or PhD student who is undertaking research in heat and health, with a focus on improving sleep in hot overnight environments. The scholarship provides a stipend allowance to support full-time research students conducting studies on thermal comfort and sleep quality in hot conditions. This research area addresses important health outcomes related to climate adaptation and sleep health. The scholarship is funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney.
