About this opportunity
This Scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to Masters by Research or PhD students who are undertaking research in mathematics (applied/pure) and statistics at the University of Sydney. The scholarship is funded by the School of Mathematics and Statistics and follows the Research Training Program (RTP) application process. The successful applicant will be awarded the Scholarship on the basis of academic merit, area of study and/or research proposal, curriculum vitae, and previous research experience including relevant professional experience, scholarly publications and other relevant research output. Recipients must conduct research with the School of Mathematics and Statistics and cannot be in receipt of an RTP, University of Sydney Postgraduate Award (UPA) or equivalent primary scholarship.
