About this opportunity

The Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Social Psychology provides financial assistance to domestic research students undertaking a PhD in social psychology at the University of Sydney's School of Psychology. The scholarship supports research within a large team, working within a Primary School educational context with focus on relevant ethical practice in research. This scholarship is funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) project 'RESPECT Against Racism: Advancing new anti-racist educational e-modules' (LP240100299) between ARC, The University of Sydney, Western Sydney University, University of Technology Sydney and The Cool Australia Trust. The successful candidate will receive a stipend allowance equivalent to the University of Sydney Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend rate for up to 3.5 years, subject to satisfactory academic performance. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in Social Psychology and effective strategies to reduce prejudice.
