About this opportunity
The Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Stroke Trial Innovation and Translation supports an outstanding postgraduate research student in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney to undertake research in the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence for Stroke Trial Innovation and Translation. This scholarship is particularly suited to those planning a career in nursing, medicine or allied health professions. The research focus includes randomised controlled trials and implementation science, with particular interest in effective implementation of treadmill training after stroke. The scholarship provides a stipend allowance for up to three and a half years subject to satisfactory academic performance. The program seeks to build future research capacity for those with an interest in stroke, working under the supervision of Professor Richard Lindley.
