About this opportunity
This scholarship has been established to provide financial assistance to research students who are undertaking research that aims to develop integrated nano semiconductor devices and related modelling approaches. The scholarship is funded by the Australian Research Council (ARC) through the Discovery Project scheme (DP190101864). The scholarship is valued at $33,000 AUD and is tenable for 11 months. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in a PhD program within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney and hold at least an Honours degree (First Class or Second Class Upper) or equivalent in a relevant discipline. The scholarship provides financial support to enable high-quality research in the field of integrated nano semiconductor devices.
