Practical Nurse Careers Award for Excellence in Nursing Practice

This is a nominated award for students demonstrating excellence in nursing practice. Awarded to a full-time student in the NorQuest College Practical Nurse program in the final year of study. Recipients must demonstrate academic achievement, exceptional assessment skills, proficiency in the implementation of the nursing process, and excellent bedside nursing skills. Candidates should show a warm and compassionate manner with both patients and clients and be an excellent team player. Successful recipients will be notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term has ended.
