About This Opportunity

The President's Scholars of Excellence Program (PSEP) is a prestigious scholarship program at the University of Toronto that recognizes approximately 150 of the most highly qualified students applying to their first year of direct-entry undergraduate studies. Outstanding domestic and international secondary school students are automatically considered for this distinction upon admission, with no separate application required. The program awards a $15,000 entrance scholarship in the first year (non-renewable) to distinguished students. Selection is based on the applicant's average at the time of admission. This scholarship is offered to a small number of highly qualified students entering their first year of undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto. Payment of the award is conditional on full-time registration in September at the admitting division or faculty. Students must be registered full-time for both fall and winter sessions. The funds are credited to the student's fees account following registration in September, and after deduction of outstanding fees, any balance remaining is issued by direct deposit. Additional features may be offered by the admitting division as specified in the offer letter.
