About This Opportunity
The President's Scholarship in Law is awarded annually to a student with superior academic achievement entering second or third year in the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta. Recipients are selected primarily on the basis of academic standing. If the number of well-qualified candidates exceeds the number of scholarships available, financial need will be taken into account. The scholarship was established through endowed funds in 1943 by Standard Investments Limited through the late Mr Justice HH Parlee. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application.
