Pris för lika villkor

Pris för lika villkor is an annual prize awarded by Växjö Municipality to recognize individuals, businesses, organizations, and associations that conduct purposeful work promoting equal opportunities for all people. The prize has a societal perspective and can be awarded to those working to counteract discrimination and promote inclusion across various dimensions including gender, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, sexual orientation, and age. The award is part of Växjö Municipality's sustainability program and plan for equal opportunities. Recipients are evaluated based on long-term work or significant contributions to inclusion, cohesion, and increased equality between people, with initiatives that have demonstrated or potential to achieve good results in the short or long term.
