Professional Practices Excellence Award

The Professional Practices Excellence Award is available to second year students enrolled in the Medical Laboratory Technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). The award is valued at $500 and recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional professionalism and academic achievement. Recipients are selected based on their academic performance in MELT1204 – Professionalism and Blood Collection, as well as their demonstration of professionalism through punctuality and attendance, attitude and behavior, accountability and responsibility, and inter-personal skills across all courses during their didactic year. No application is required for this award, as recipients are selected by the institution based on their academic record and professional conduct.
