About This Opportunity
One or more scholarships, valued at up to $3,000 each, will be awarded annually to outstanding full-time undergraduate students entering Year One of any program in the Department of Physics and Astronomy in the Faculty of Science at the University of Waterloo. Selection is based on academic excellence with a minimum admission average of 90%. This entrance scholarship fund was made possible by a donation from AMTD Foundation in honour of the awarding of the Nobel Prize in Physics to Professor Donna Strickland, recognizing her groundbreaking work in the field of physics.
