Professor James Keffa Kariuki Award

The Professor James Keffa Kariuki Award is awarded to a student who is of African descent and who self identifies as Black, African Canadian, African-American, or Afro-Caribbean or Afro-Latino heritage with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the first year at Augustana Faculty. Selection is based on academic standing, with preference given to a student entering a Bachelor of Science with a major or minor in Chemistry. This award is specific to the Augustana Campus and is available to entrance-level students beginning their first year of study.
