Projektbidrag

The Projektbidrag (Project Grant) is designed to support projects that promote artistic development for professional artists working in visual arts and design. The grant is intended for projects with clearly formulated goals and defined start and end dates. Artists can apply for funding to create new works, conduct form, technique and material experiments, or test new collaborations. The grant can be used for project-related costs such as salary for the applicant and collaborators, materials, studio rental, or travel expenses. The grant is aimed at professional artists with a practice in areas such as visual arts, photography, design, crafts, textile arts, illustration, or architecture who are residents of Sweden or primarily practice their art in Sweden. Projects must be planned to begin in the upcoming year, and funding cannot be paid retroactively.
