Projektbidrag för internationella samarbeten inom sällsynta diagnoser (ERDERA)

This grant supports international collaborations within the European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA), specifically for the call 'Resolving unsolved cases in rare genetic and non-genetic diseases through variant validation and new technological approaches'. Sweden participates in this ERDERA call through the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet). The grant is designed for Swedish researchers who are part of international consortia comprising 4-6 partners from at least four participating countries. Applicants must submit parallel applications both to ERDERA's system and to the Swedish Research Council's Prisma system. The funding supports all project-related costs including salaries, facilities, operational costs, and depreciation costs over a three-year period starting January 2027. The application process involves two stages: a preliminary application (sketch) followed by a full application for those invited to proceed. Scientific evaluation is conducted by ERDERA, while the Swedish Research Council makes the final funding decisions for Swedish participants.
