About this opportunity
This scholarship aims to support a PhD student working on a project to develop a conversational AI system that can assist enterprises in enhancing the user experience of their customer service teams. The scholarship has been established to provide support to a PhD student working on developing conversational AI systems for enterprise customer service enhancement. This scholarship is funded by BrewAI and is offered through the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney. Recipients will work on developing a conversational AI system that can assist enterprises in enhancing the user experience of their customer service teams. The scholarship provides both a stipend allowance and consumables funding to support the research over a three-year period.
