PS Warren Memorial Prize in Earth History

The PS Warren Memorial Prize in Earth History is awarded annually to a non-convocating student either in Honors Geology or majoring in Geology, for outstanding achievement in the field of Earth History. This prize honors Dr. PS Warren, former Head of the Department of Geology at the University of Alberta, whose particular interest was in the study of Earth History. The award was endowed by Mrs. RB Ferguson of Winnipeg and Mrs. JE Campbell of Edmonton in memory of their father. Recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application to the University of Alberta.
