About This Opportunity

The Public Service Commission (PSC) Master's Scholarship is the premier government scholarship awarded based on merit for postgraduate studies. Recipients will pursue a career in Public Administration in the Singapore Public Service. This career track is for those willing to take on different roles in the Public Service and explore the wide spectrum of public governance work, from policy formulation to implementation. Scholarship holders will be posted to a ministry or statutory board, depending on the needs of the Service and their suitability. Applicants may choose between the PSC Master's Scholarship or PSC Master's Scholarship (Sustainability). The Sustainability variant is for those with an interest in sustainability and circularity, with recipients being developed to hone their perspective in these areas and having a first posting in a sustainability and circularity related role. Both variants offer similar benefits and career pathways. The scholarship covers tuition fees, approved charges, return airfare for overseas study, maintenance and other allowances, and access to sponsored development programmes including student exchange and summer opportunities. Upon graduation, scholarship holders will be emplaced on the Public Service Leadership Programme and developed for multi-sectoral or sectoral leadership positions within the Singapore Public Service.
