About this opportunity
The Ptarmigan Foundation Indigenous Achievement Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering any faculty at the University of Calgary. This scholarship recognizes academic merit among Canadian Indigenous students who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. The award provides up to $5,000 and is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, supporting recipients throughout their second, third, and fourth years provided they maintain a minimum 3.20 GPA on a minimum of 30 units in the previous fall and winter terms. Two scholarships are available each year, made possible through the generous support of the Ptarmigan Charitable Foundation. This scholarship aims to promote Indigenous achievement and support Indigenous students in their pursuit of higher education at the University of Calgary.
