Purvis Scholarship in Engineering - Renewable

The Purvis Scholarship in Engineering is a renewable scholarship awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the first year of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on the admission average. The scholarship is renewable for the second, third, and fourth years, contingent upon the recipient achieving superior academic achievement on a minimum of 24 credits over the most recent September to April period in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta each year. This endowed scholarship was established by Dr. Ross A. Purvis to support outstanding engineering students throughout their undergraduate studies.
