Rahr Malting Company Scholarship

The Rahr Malting Company Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Plant Sciences at North Dakota State University. The scholarship supports students pursuing studies in plant sciences, with a preference given to students working on research projects related to malting and brewing. Eligible students include sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students enrolled in the College of Agriculture, Food Systems and Natural Resources. Applicants are required to demonstrate their career objectives and interest in Food Systems related disciplines including Food Science, Food Safety, and Cereal Science. The scholarship aims to support the next generation of professionals in agricultural sciences with particular focus on the malting and brewing industry. The award amount varies and is determined on an annual basis. Students must submit a complete application including career objectives statement, list of publications and presentations if applicable, and a current resume by the March 1st deadline.
