About This Opportunity

The Ralph & Marlene Knight Bursary was established by Ralph Knight, a 1972 graduate of NAIT's Electronics Engineering Technology program. Ralph developed a successful small business and later transitioned to retirement where he pursued his passion for building aircraft. The bursary was created from proceeds of the sale of his Murphy Elite aircraft, reflecting his belief that education shapes both career and retirement opportunities. This bursary is available to students enrolled in the second year of the Electronics Engineering Technology program at NAIT. Recipients are selected based on demonstrated financial need and must have achieved a minimum academic performance of 70% in their first year of the program. Students must complete an application to be considered for this award.
