Ram Transfer Scholarship

The Ram Transfer Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship awarded to incoming transfer students at Colorado State University. There are a limited number of scholarships available in this competitive pool, with awards based on the application for admission. Transfer students who are eligible may receive $5,000 per academic year for nonresidents or $1,000 per year for residents. Students may receive this award for up to a total of six semesters, or until their degree is complete, whichever comes first. No separate scholarship application is required; students are automatically considered based on their admission application. Eligibility criteria vary by semester and include GPA and credit hour requirements, with fall semester applicants needing a 3.5 GPA by February 1 or 3.75 GPA by June 1, and spring semester applicants needing a 3.5 GPA by November 1, all with 24 completed college credits. The scholarship is only available to students admitted to full-time, degree-seeking programs on CSU's main campus in Fort Collins.
