Ray and Ellen O'Neal Family Scholarship

The Ray and Ellen O'Neal Family Scholarship supports students enrolled at Tarrant County College who are pursuing an associate degree or certificate of completion. The scholarship requires recipients to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 (or equivalent for first-time students), enroll in at least 9 credit hours, and complete eight hours of volunteer service with a Tarrant County nonprofit organization during the semester. Recipients must also demonstrate financial need according to federal or state guidelines. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient achieves a minimum 2.75 GPA, completes at least 9 credit hours in the fall, and provides verification of volunteer service to the Foundation Office.
