RBC Ignite Scholarship

The RBC Ignite Scholarship is part of RBC's Next Step Scholarships collection designed to support Canadian learners and youth at every stage of their educational and career journeys. As part of RBC's ambition of equipping people with the skills for a thriving future, the RBC Ignite Scholarship aims to support youth aged 16-20 with the skills, training, and confidence they need to secure their first job and build a strong foundation for their future. There are up to 500 scholarships available in 2026, with awards ranging from $250 to $1,500. The value of the award is based on the cost of the course or program and the supporting documents included in the application. The scholarship supports short-term courses (12 months or less) happening in Canada between January 27 and December 10, 2026, offered by registered Canadian providers in in-person, online, or hybrid formats.
