ROMBA Fellows gain access to exclusive networking opportunities, professional development resources, and complimentary registration for ROMBA events. In addition to financial support, Fellows take on leadership roles within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club, serve as Student Ambassadors for Imperial College Business School, and actively promote LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education while championing equality within the Imperial community and beyond.
