The Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship is a prestigious opportunity for members of the LGBTQ+ community pursuing an MBA at Imperial College Business School. This fellowship provides substantial financial support towards tuition fees, along with funding to attend the Fellowship Leadership Retreat in North America. ROMBA Fellows gain access to exclusive networking opportunities, professional development resources, and complimentary registration for ROMBA events. In addition to financial support, Fellows take on leadership roles within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club, serve as Student Ambassadors for Imperial College Business School, and actively promote LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education while championing equality within the Imperial community and beyond.
