About this opportunity
The Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship is offered by Imperial College London in partnership with ROMBA, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering and connecting the LGBTQ+ MBA community. The fellowship provides a £20,000 financial award to support Full-Time MBA students who demonstrate a track record of leadership in the LGBTQ+ community and commitment to ROMBA's mission of equality in business education, the workplace, and society. Fellows gain access to exclusive leadership and networking opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat in North America (July 2025), complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and a travel stipend for attending the retreat. Recipients take on leadership roles within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and serve as Student Ambassadors, promoting LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education and advocating for equality within the Imperial community and beyond. The program aligns Imperial with over 50 top global business schools committed to advancing equality.
