Reagan Williams Memorial Swim Team Award

The Reagan Williams Memorial Swim Team Award is awarded to student(s) with satisfactory academic standing entering, transferring, or continuing in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at the University of Alberta who are members of the Golden Bears or Pandas swim teams. Selection is based on the level of excellence in the sport, the potential shown to develop as a significant contributor to the Golden Bears or Pandas Swim program in the future, contributions made to the swim team in and out of the pool, and academic standing. Entering or transferring students must have achieved a Senior National time standard of the governing body for Canadian swimming to be eligible. Continuing students must have achieved a top-16 placing at the preceding national interuniversity championships, or be a previous recipient of the award to be eligible. This award is endowed by the University of Alberta Swim Team Alumni Association and recognizes athletic excellence combined with academic achievement.
