About this opportunity
The Rebecca Lofstrand Ratchenski Scholarship is available to full-time sophomore, junior, or senior students at North Dakota State University who have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher. Preference will be given to a student who graduated from a high school in Pembina County, North Dakota.
