About This Opportunity
The RECRUIT Sabbatical grants support internationalization by enabling transient embedment of university faculty in a foreign environment. The program supports university faculty in time-unlimited positions to spend time abroad or for international researchers to come to Denmark. All candidates for the RECRUIT programme are nominated by Danish universities, with a nomination quota allocated to each institution. The grants are designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and international collaboration in natural and technical science research, interdisciplinarity, biotechnology, and sustainability. The application process consists of two phases: first, universities evaluate and nominate candidates; second, nominated candidates prepare and submit applications through the Foundation's NORMA system for final review and selection.
