About This Opportunity
The Red Bike Adventures Scholarship supports continuing full-time students enrolled at UniSC Fraser Coast in a Bachelor of Social Work. Red Bike Adventures is a community not-for-profit based on the Fraser Coast with a purpose to raise necessary funds and resources to support mental health awareness campaigns and mental health initiatives, programs and education. Red Bike Adventures strives to connect the disconnected with counselling, education and support programs, and by funding this scholarship for UniSC Social Work students, they aim to help increase the skilled workforce on the Fraser Coast. The scholarship recipient will receive funds as two lump sums of $2,500 after the census date in semester 2 and semester 1 of the relevant years. This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor, and if funding is not available in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded.
