About this opportunity
The Red Rock Scholarship is a premier merit scholarship for first-year, first-time students who are residents of Utah or non-residents from states other than those eligible for the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Tuition Rate. This scholarship provides $4,000 per academic year ($2,000 per semester for fall and spring semesters) to help cover tuition and mandatory fees for students enrolled full-time. The scholarship is renewable for up to eight semesters (fall and spring), or until the student receives a baccalaureate degree, as long as recipients continue to meet renewal requirements and remain in good standing. Recipients must maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and complete at least 24 credit hours during the two semesters of the academic year to renew. The scholarship is administered by the University of Utah's Office of Admissions beginning Fall 2026.
