Regionale tilretteleggingsmidler i landbruket

Finnmark fylkeskommune provides regional facilitation funds (RT-midler) for agricultural development with a total of 2.12 million kroner available for 2026. The grant program aims to facilitate regional business development, recruitment, and competence development to strengthen value creation in agriculture. The funds support projects that promote agricultural-based business development regionally, with a relatively broad scope of activities. These funds contribute to development and renewal of traditional agriculture and support development of other agriculture-based industries through development and mobilization measures. Grants are awarded based on approved cost estimates for planned activities, with up to 75 percent of costs covered. Applications must be anchored in the Regional Business Program for Agriculture in Troms and Finnmark 2019-2025, with priority areas including reputation, recruitment, competence, agronomy, milk production, meat production, potatoes, vegetables and berries, organic farming, forest-based value creation, food processing, and tourism.
