Regionalt kulturfond for Østfold

Regionalt kulturfond for Østfold is a new funding program supporting the arts and cultural sector in Østfold county, Norway. The fund aims to strengthen arts and culture throughout Østfold by lowering barriers for innovation, collaboration, and development. The fund offers three distinct categories based on project stage and scope: 'Oppstart' (Startup) for early-stage idea testing with up to 50,000 NOK; 'Samspillsprosjekt' (Collaboration Projects) for implementation of collaborative projects between professional and volunteer actors with 25,000-250,000 NOK; and 'Utvikling og løft' (Development and Elevation) for larger initiatives that strengthen structures and build sustainable offerings with up to 500,000 NOK. All categories emphasize collaboration between professional and volunteer actors, support for young cultural workers and talents, and adherence to professional standards for honoraria and working conditions.
