About this opportunity
An international music residency for music artists in Poland (Warsaw and Gdansk) in collaboration with Ensemble Kwartludium. The residency provides composers the opportunity to collaborate with the ensemble. The program was first announced in 2015 and is part of the Swedish Arts Grants Committee's international music program. The residency includes workspace and housing, with a residence grant and travel compensation. Beyond a workspace, the recipient receives accommodation as well as a residence stipend and reimbursement for travel costs. The Swedish Arts Grants Committee's international residencies aim at both artistic development and expanded work and income opportunities for the recipients. The residency period is based on the applicant's desired length of stay and the residency's capacity to host, normally between 4-8 weeks.
