About this opportunity
An international music residency program for music artists in Viña Del Mar, Chile in collaboration with Centro Cultural el Silencio. The residency provides excellent opportunities for concentrated work as well as access to a national network with Chilean music artists. The program was first announced in 2018. Stipend recipients receive workplace facilities and housing, along with a residency stipend and travel allowance. The residency aims to support both artistic development and expanded work and income opportunities for stipend recipients. For a four-week stay, the stipend amount is 40,000 SEK, which includes both the residency stipend and a standardized travel cost.

Applications are reviewed by members of the music working group who are practicing artists or experts in the field. At least two people read each application. Decisions are made jointly by the music working group.
