Årets lærebedrift

Årets lærebedrift is an annual prize awarded by Møre og Romsdal county to recognize and celebrate apprenticeship companies that take important social responsibility and make significant efforts to train future skilled workers. The award is given to a company that has distinguished itself in its work with apprentices. The jury, consisting of representatives from the county, LO (Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions), and NHO (Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise), evaluates nominated companies based on several criteria including being an approved apprenticeship company in Møre og Romsdal with current apprentices, positive development in the number of apprenticeship contracts or stable high apprentice density over time, creating a good learning and working environment, high completion rates for apprentices with few terminations, and quality assurance of the apprenticeship relationship through documentation. Nominations can be submitted by collaborative bodies, apprentices, and other relevant actors with professional backgrounds.
