Årets översättarstipendium

Årets översättarstipendium is an encouragement scholarship offered by Stiftelsen Natur & Kultur and Sveriges Författarförbund (Swedish Writers' Union) to recognize and encourage newly established translators. The scholarship is designed to support younger, active translators who want to continue pursuing a career in translation. Applicants must be under 40 years old, translate into Swedish from another language, and have no more than six published translations of literary works. The scholarship amount is 50,000 Swedish kronor.
