Return to Practice Bursary

Health Education England (HEE) provides a non-repayable bursary to support eligible students enrolled onto the Return to Practice course for nurses preparing to re-register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). The University administers this bursary on behalf of HEE. Eligible students will be awarded a bursary of £1,000 paid in two equal instalments, expected to be made in February and June. This financial support is designed to help nurses who are returning to practice after a career break and are undertaking the necessary course to re-register with the NMC.
