RGU SPORT Scholarship

RGU SPORT offers sports scholarship opportunities to promising athletes to support students in developing their talents and succeeding in their chosen sporting field while undertaking academic study. The scholarship is designed to help students in all aspects of their pursuit of sporting excellence. Scholar athletes benefit from accessing both financial and holistic support, tailored to meet individual needs. Scholarships are offered on an annual basis to athletes who are at, or close to, national standard in their given sport. Through the scholarship, the university aims to develop well-rounded athletes by supporting students to find balance between academic excellence and sporting success. Financial assistance is awarded to support travel, training, equipment and competition expenses accrued during the academic year.
