About this opportunity
The Richard and Elizabeth Madter Graduate Award in Electrical and Computer Engineering provides two graduate scholarships to full-time graduate students who have been accepted into the graduate program in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Each scholarship has a total value of $25,000, which is comprised of three components: $10,000 from the endowment payout, $10,000 from the faculty supervisor of the graduate student, and $5,000 from the University. The award is available to both Master's and Doctoral students who are either Canadian/permanent residents or international students with study permits. Students are selected automatically by the Faculty/Department, and the award is typically granted for the Fall term.
