Richard Cooper Scholarship

The Richard Cooper Scholarship was established in 2006 and is maintained by the Richard Cooper Endowment. This scholarship supports law students at The University of Queensland who demonstrate academic excellence and financial hardship. The scholarship is available to domestic students enrolled or enrolling full-time in either the Master of Laws or a postgraduate research (HDR) program in Law. For postgraduate research students, the scholarship specifically supports research in maritime law, administrative law, trade practices, or native title. The scholarship provides financial assistance for one year and aims to help students pursue their legal studies and achieve their academic goals despite financial constraints.
