About This Opportunity

Richard and Elizabeth Madter, Alumni of the University of Waterloo have established two research scholarships for graduate students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. This award is specifically designed to support students who hold an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) or a Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science & Technology (QEII-GSST). The selection is made by the Associate Dean, Graduate Studies in conjunction with the Department Associate Chair for Graduate Studies. Students are selected automatically by the Faculty and Department without requiring a separate application. The award provides additional financial support to recognize excellence in graduate research within electrical and computer engineering.
