Richard Young Scholarship

The Richard Young Scholarship is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in the fourth year of an undergraduate degree in Modern Languages and Cultural Studies at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated excellence in Spanish or Latin American coursework. This endowed scholarship was established by Dr. Richard Young, Professor Emeritus in Modern Languages and Cultural Studies. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship system.
