About this opportunity

The Rick Girard Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who has a love of writing and is enrolled at Red Deer Polytechnic in a credit or collaborative program during the current Fall/Winter term. The scholarship recognizes students who maintain strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 2.70 and demonstrate quality writing as evaluated by an independent panel of judges. This scholarship is funded through the Rick Girard Memorial Endowment Fund and provides financial support to students pursuing their educational goals at Red Deer Polytechnic.
