Rio Tinto Scholarship

The Rio Tinto Scholarship is available to undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Earth Science and Engineering at Imperial College London. This scholarship provides full tuition fee coverage and a stipend of £15,462 per annum. The scholarship is open to students ordinarily resident in Argentina, Guinea, Madagascar, China, Mongolia, or South Africa who have received an offer to study a full-time BSc or MSci in the Department of Earth Science and Engineering. Three awards are available for the 2024/2025 academic year. Candidates are assessed based on academic achievement and potential. Applications must be submitted by the deadline, and successful applicants are notified approximately three weeks after UK A Level results are released in mid-August.
