RJ Program 2026

RJ Program is a collaborative and well-integrated research initiative within the humanities and social sciences that a larger group of researchers with connections to Sweden carries out over an extended period. The program supports major research groups for comprehensive research projects lasting 6-8 years. This funding mechanism is designed to enable sustained, high-quality research endeavors in the humanities and social sciences, bringing together larger teams of scholars to address significant research questions. Applications undergo a rigorous two-stage review process including interviews, with decisions made in October 2022 and programs starting in 2027.
