Örkelljunga kommuns Miljö- och byggnadspris

The Örkelljunga Municipality Environment and Building Prize is an annual award established to highlight good examples that contribute to a well-built environment in Örkelljunga municipality. The prize was established under its current name in 2022, replacing the previous cultural environment prize that had been awarded since 1994. The prize recognizes projects demonstrating significant care and maintenance of cultural environments, good examples of renovation or restoration, or well-designed examples of reconstruction, extension, or new construction. Objects can be of all scales, from building details to entire areas - including signs, color schemes, buildings, street environments, gardens, parks, blocks, neighborhoods, and landscape sections. The award consists of a plaque with the inscription 'Örkelljunga kommuns miljö- och byggnadspris 20xx' to be displayed at an appropriate location, a diploma with written motivation for the award, and flowers.
